An allergy to nickel is a so-called “contact allergy” – direct contact with nickel results in an allergic skin reaction (allergic contact dermatitis) for people with this allergy. It manifests itself as an itching, red rash. The symptoms of nickel allergy typically appear at the point where the nickel itself has come into contact with the skin. To prevent this, we also have nickelfree strings in our program. |
